With some jobs you may be given a very tight turn-around time for production and they may need to be finished overnight.
These jobs may mean paying staff overtime which would need to be calculated into your priceing structure.

The customer should be made aware of overtime extras within your quotation so that price comparisons can be viewed on an equal par, and can save embarrasing problems after completion (some companies have been known to add these costs on as Extras after their quotation has been accepted).
