You may have allowed for some origination of artwork within your price, whereas other companies have given a print only price, causing embarrassment to themselves and to their customers and to your quotation being uncompetitive.

If you are still too expensive try to ascertain whether the competing companies have allowed for artwork and film within their price. It may have been left out, and in your case it may not have been necessary.
